  7. Cook on high flame for about 4 minutes then off the flame...cover it for 5-7 mins.....let them cook in heat (you’ll know when it is done. the water would have evaporated & the noodles is soft)..
  8. Remove from heat, garnish with some coriander leaves & serve!.
